How to close EPF cases on the spot?
Many unit trust consultant wondering on how to get prospect to sign EPF cases on the spot. Prospect tends to delay our sales or will consider for months before making decision. But in this competitive industry, you've found the right source. The information you are about to read will change your life. You will never have a chance to delay your sales, you close EPF sales every appointment, and every meet up. Well, enjoy the process and good luck!!!
First, we need to find prospect, a prospect with a qualification of EPF investment.
Second, bring along black pen.
Last but not least, the application form.
This skill will only works while meeting the Manager in the closet office and not exposed to other colleague. Build rapport with prospect as soon as you shake their hands. Spend 5 minutes to explain the benefit of this EPF scheme. If he is interested, get him to sign up.
What if he is not interested?
Step 1 : Use black pen to stab on the prospect's throat, automatically the prospect will use two hands to hold their throat (this will prevent the prospect from screaming as the pen broke their voices). Then pull out the pen so that the blood start to spill out. The prospect's fingers are filled with blood. From that moment, we grab their thumb and start printing it on the EPF form.
Step 2 : Wait for 5-10 minutes for the prospect to get unconscious.
Step 3 : Get the prospect wallet and search for Identification Card ( IC ). Now you have to photostate the prospects IC immediately.
Step 4 : Pack your sales kit and leave the office immediately
And thats it, its so simple.
In order to make this works perfectly, you need to practise, practise and practise. Practise makes perfect.
If you feel that this method of closing sales on the spot is not suitable for you. Then it is advisable to attend every Agency Training organized by your Group Agency Manager.
